Toby is a passionate advocate for all things human services, believing all people deserve access to high quality health and social care. Toby is a healthcare leader seeking to re-imagine the provision of Aged Care and Disability services and supporting his teams of dedicated individuals towards shared vision & goals.
As a qualified Registered Nurse, with a Master of Applied Management and a decade of experience in the Residential Aged Care service sector, Toby is experienced in managing change, and working in highly regulated industry. As the Acting Executive Director People Care Toby leads a dedicated Aged Care & Disability team with portfolios across the Central Coast, Hunter, and Mid-Coast NSW, to achieve excellence for the people we support.
Toby is a family man, who enjoys spending his quiet time with some wilderness hiking, as well as gardening.
