Executive Director, Family and Community Services
Servena brings over three decades experience across Australia’s social services, spanning child, youth, and family services and intersecting sectors including disability, homelessness, justice, and research. Her career has included senior executive and leadership roles with responsibility for operations, corporate functions, and organisation and sector transformation, working across non-government organisations, Peaks, universities, and government.
A proud First Nations woman, Servena has spent her career championing inclusive practice, policy, and governance, with a focus on strengthening capability and shaping services and systems that meet individuals, families, and communities’ needs and aspirations. She is a member of the Investment Dialogue for Australian Children Community Council, Head of CALM Australia, and a Non-Executive Director of Karitane.
