Bruce is a highly experienced non-executive director and strategic IT executive with a strong background in financial services, risk management, and corporate governance. With an extensive career spanning technology management, digital transformation, and cybersecurity, Bruce has guided organisations through complex transitions, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth initiatives.
As a Board Member of Newcastle Anglican and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee, he provides leadership in financial oversight, governance frameworks, and risk management, ensuring accountability and operational excellence within the Diocese.
Bruce is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Charles Sturt University. His commitment to ethical leadership and strategic insight strengthens the Diocese’s governance, supporting its mission and community impact.
