A registered nurse with executive expertise in both New Zealand and Australia, Bernadette has held a variety of roles within aged care and is particularly proud of her work and research into falls prevention.
As an assessor for the Australian Council of Healthcare Standards (ACHS), Bernadette has the privilege of experiencing how services deliver the National Standards and Aged Care Standards.
She is inspired by the vision, strategy and work of Newcastle and enjoys working with teams to ensure the delivery of strategic plans.
