The much-needed rain on Saturday wasn’t enough to stop people flooding to St Alban’s for a Spring Fair full of smiles.
The event saw hundreds of people enter the Anglican Church’s gates, and partake in the many activities set up for visiting patrons.
The petting zoo, face painting, entertainment and, of course, the pony rides were among the most popular attractions.
Reverend Scott Dulley was thrilled with how the day went, praising those who came for braving the rain.
He added it was a good sign of community spirit.
They managed to raise more than $10,000, which was a great result for the annual event.
