Pancake Making at East Maitland
The community of Saint Peter’s East Maitland was provided with a very tasty reminder about the start of Lent with Pancakes being prepared and served in Church on Shrove Tuesday. Saint Peter’s Families Worker, Elizabeth Brown, together with a team of helpers, mixed up plentiful amounts of batter that were transformed into delicious pancakes before being served with a choice of toppings to all those who came along to support this initiative as we move into the period of Lent.
