Saint Peter’s Church, East Maitland, has recently introduced a Free Community Meal to be provided every Thursday at the Parish Hall at 5pm for those less fortunate in the community.
Representatives of the parish with creative and culinary expertise produce a wholesome meal in large quantities that can be enjoyed by all who share in the meal.
The hospitality of our volunteers in the kitchen, in the serving areas and on the floor is a testament to everyone involved, and has certainly been appreciated by the many people who have taken advantage of this new outreach at Saint Peter’s Church.
