In preparation for Palm Sunday and Holy Week at Saint Peter’s Church, East Maitland, a hard-working group of volunteers from the Saint Peter’s community formed a working bee to decorate the Church. Palms were delivered early in the day and then transformed into palm crosses for distribution on Palm Sunday and affixed around the Church and at the main entrance. The work of the team was sincerely appreciated by the weekend congregations as they entered into Holy Week.
All Saints Singleton used the beautiful banner that the Messy Church family made at Messy Easter for the altar on Palm Sunday.
