The senior staff of the Diocese work as an extension of the Bishop’s ministry and under his leadership, each with a distinct portfolio.
Diocesan Chief Executive
Stephen has worked extensively at senior-executive levels within government and the private sector including local and internationally-listed companies. He has also served as a Director on various industry, government and NFP Boards and is a Chartered Company Secretary.
As the Diocesan Chief Executive, Stephen oversees the effective operations of the Diocese including governance, finance strategy and administrative services.
Stephen holds degrees in electrical engineering and corporate governance as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Commercial Law (MComLaw). He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia (GIA), and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA). He is also a member of the Commercial Law Association of Australia (CLA) and of the Law Council of Australia (International Law Section).
Chief Financial Officer
Glen has extensive commercial and financial experience and has held a number of executive and senior management positions within both the commercial and government sectors. His collaborative approach to change management has facilitated the successful implementation of operational improvements across a broad range of administrative and business support functions including finance, IT, procurement, customer service, risk management, corporate governance and human resources.
As the Chief Financial Officer for the Diocese Glen leads a small, dedicated and capable team who have day to day responsibility for planning, budgeting, managing and reporting all financial- related and associated IT activities of the Diocese, including the Anglican Savings and Development Fund and the Trustees of Church Property.
Glen is a Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and a Master’s degree in Applied Finance.

Education: Linda holds a Bachelor of Economics (BEc); Justice of the Peace (JP); Cert IV Workplace and Assessment; Cert IV Frontline Management
Previous Experience: Linda came to the Anglican Diocese with 17 years of experience at the Commonwealth Bank.
For enjoyment: During Linda’s days off she enjoys spending time with her family.
Role/Responsibilities: Linda’s role sees her managing a small administration team and office. She is responsible for Synod preparation, insurance renewals, parish information and returns, clergy relocations, property and legal matters, and Diocesan Council.
Significant Achievement: In her role, Linda is striving to improve communication and support for parishes.
