Easter Family Fun at Gloucester
The Parish of Gloucester held an Easter Family Fun morning on April 12 to bring the community together over Easter. The Easter Family Fun morning was a great way to celebrate God’s BIG love for us at Easter and connect with families from the community of Gloucester. Children, parents, aunts and uncles gathered together for Easter crafts and games ahead of the holiday weekend. Around 35 children spent the first hour creating crafts before playing a few games and having an Easter egg hunt. Activities included decorating a cookie, creating an Easter basket, making a bunny nose and collaging a stain glass cross. One of the games played was human hungry hippo, which involved a roller board, a bucket and lots of balls.

It was all happening at the Barney’s Easter Service craft area, with some smart looking bunnies and eggs that crack open to reveal a cross.
Parish of Forster-Tuncurry
Some of the children’s beautiful artwork as they reflected on God’s love for us! Plus some beautiful craft as the children made “resurrection gardens”.
