COVID-19 Update – Group Singing

- Group Singing should not take place at this time
NSW Health has released a statement today reinforcing the increased risk of transmission involved in group singing. The advice is that these activities must not take place at this time. The Safe Return to Church framework allows only for a single cantor or singer to provide music. The change in advice from NSW Health is that this person must remain at least 5 metres from any other person. This change is effective immediately, and the Parish will need to make the necessary arrangements to ensure compliance.
As a reminder we continue to strongly encourage all of those who are attend our sites to wear face masks.
