- Changes in expectations of the clergy
Bishop Charlie, Bishop Sonia and I have all seen our ministry supervisors this week. Each of us would emphasise how valuable the opportunity of supervision has been this week. We would say “invaluable!!”
Each of us have face-to-face or skype arrangements in place for the coming weeks.
Our strong pastoral advice would be to keep up your supervision during this time. We recognise that there may be an impossibility due to illness on your part or the part of your supervisor.
The relaxation of the rules is to ensure people are at peace about the arrangements they have in place.
