On Saturday September 17 ANeW Anglican Church joined CityServe for the annual working bee at Lambton Public School.
41 adults and children from ANeW and the school attended, enjoying a pleasant sunny day doing a variety of things to improve the grounds of the lovely school.
The K-2 lunch tables are now bright and fresh with the walls around them also much lighter and primed for the next step of making this area a brighter area for the children. Many garden beds around the school were weeded, pruned and mulched and all enjoyed some afternoon tea afterwards.
