Jingle Bells at Scone Grammar
Scone Grammar School held a wonderful, bright and happy Carol Service last week. Everyone had their singing voices on, and special mention to the wonderful performances by The Yellow Cottage, Kinder Krooners, Onederfuls, Voiceworx, Senior Choir and the ‘Christmas Play’ performed by the Junior Cross Trainers. A joy to have the whole school community together, to celebrate the year and the important message behind Christmas.
Community comes together for Carols at Vacy
Last Sunday evening the Gresford Paterson parish held a small Carols gathering at Vacy for the local community. Bishop Brian read the account of the birth of Jesus and some of the local children enacted this during the reading. A wonderful night was had by all.
Raise Your Voice
A very happy evening of carols enjoyed by around 200 people in Telarah-Rutherford. “Thanks to the combined efforts of Thomas and Danielle from the parish, Ruth and co from St Paul’s Church and the wonderful teachers and student choir from St Paul’s Primary school. We look forward to an even bigger performance next year.”
