Anglican Care had a great day on Friday October 28 at the launch of their new Lifestyle Resource Van on the Central Coast.

Emma McBride, the Federal Member for Dobell, attended to carry out the official ‘ribbon cutting’ with Anglican Care staff.

The van is a fantastic resource for both Anglican Care residents and consumers living in the community, and is filled to the brim with items that enhance quality of life.

The Lifestyle Resource Van is a modern twist on a mobile library. Anglican Care residents and consumers are able to borrow items that provide them with additional means to enhance their lifestyles. Resources include large print reading books and other literature, DVD’s, table and floor games, knitting, music and art therapy items, together with information technology items such as iPads.

The launch of the Lifestyle Resource Van reinforces Anglican Care’s reputation as being one of the most innovative and progressive providers of aged care services in the region.
